FINALS DAY:

Is on Saturday, August 24th. First matches start at 9.30am. Even if you are not participating in the finals please come along and support the club and encourage the players. Lunch is available (for a small fee). Even if you can't be there on the day please contribute a prize for the raffle - it all helps

QUIZ NIGHT

The next quiz night will be on FRIDAY, AUGUST 30th (7 for 7.30 start). At the Tlle Barn Community Club.

BINGO NIGHT:

The next Bingo Night will be on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th (7 for 7.30 start). At the Tile Barn Community Club.

PLEASE PUT BOTH THESE DATES IN YOUR DIARY AND SUPPORT THE CLUB AND HAVE A REALLY GOOD NIGHT OUT.

PRESENTATION NIGHT:

The annual presentation night this year will be on Friday, December 6th (7pm for 7.30pm start). £19 per head. Please put your name down on the list on the club's Notice Board. Pre order your food on the menus supplied.

2019 SEASON SO FAR:

Report on the season so far: "Could do better"! But as always the club has been well represented by it's members with fun and enjoyment of the game at the forefront of everything we do. Please, please, please: more names needed for each game so you all get the chance to play and make it easier for the Captain to pick teams.

Following this year's AGM the following people have been elected as your Club Officers and Committee: President: Doreen Swain; Chairman: Malcolm Sealby; Vice Chairman: TBC; Secretary: Chris Peedell; Treasurer: Stan Woolford; Captain: Ian Grant; Vice Captain: Phil Wells; Fixture Secretary: Jean Stammers; Competition Secretary: Clive Stannard; Head Greenkeeper: Michael Burt; General Committee Members: Karen Lambrechs, Richard Hayes, Margaret Stannard.

HELPERS REQUIRED:

Volunteers always welcome on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday morning (9am-11.30am). There are always jobs to be done, please don't leave it to one or two people to ensure that you have a perfect green and pleasant surroundings. There's a gurantee of a cup (or 2) of tea and a biscuit.
